We manufacture floor truss systems to suit any project.

Posi-Strut joists to suit for any domestic application in mainly three depths , 248mm, 302mm & 412mm. We can manufacture 3.0 kPa joists to suit tiled balconies with compressed sheet to the floor trusses. Step-downs for tiled shower bases are no problem - see above how we create a 45mm recess in your floor to create the fall in your shower base.

Timber webbed floor trusses for commercial applications (up to 5.0 kPa live load), which can be made in any depth to suit.

Connection details of the floor trusses to your beams are an area we take special care, whether it being a simple joist hanger connection to a timber beam , to a top chord support to a steel universal beam. Accuracy and communication are always a priority to us in the design of your product.

We also supply F17 kiln dried hardwood sub-floors in mostly 90x35 and 90x45.
