Wall Frames

Wall frames manufactured to exact standards.
Walls to any height or profile. Raking walls to suit cathedral ceilings.

We quote a complete frame. Temporary bracing, additional top plate, metal bracing and sheet bracing are included. When supplying walls for a sheet metal roof, we supply all top and bottom plate tie-downs. F17 Hardwood beams and LVL beams can also be supplied.

All posts under point loads, eg. a girder truss, are factory fitted so that your frame is designed to suit your floor and roof. All members designed using MiTek's AutoBEAM software, to ensure all timber comply with no excessive deflections.

All wall panels are lettered and numbered and supplied with a fully dimensioned layout drawing, which also incorporates a bracing plan.
